Why is this Passover different?

Because, this year, we can do more than commemo-
rate the miracle of the Exodus from Egypt.

Because, this year, we can do more than celebrate the
, liberation of the children of Israel 4,000 years ago.

We can begin a new era.

We can be part of a modern miracle.

For 200,000 children in Israel's distressed
neighborhoods today..

Providing the means for resettling in free-
dom every Jew who escapes from danger
or oppression.

And their parents and grandparents.

Or may have to.

300,000 human souls in all.

Because, this year, we can do more than reenact -our -
great ancestral triumph.

Because, this year, we can do more than recall the
age-old story of the deliverance of our people.

We can be the deliverers.

We can be their true descendants.

Leading 45,000 by-passed immigrant fami-
lies out of the backwaters of doubt and
frustration...into the mainstream of crea-
tive life in Israel.

Creating a lifeline so long and strong, it
can reach and sustain every Jew in need in
evry corner of this earth.

Because, this year, we can do more.

Bee-ause, this year, we can do more.
