The semi-annual Jewish
National Fund Blue Box
Clearance in the Greater
Detroit area will start on
April 15, and will continue
through May 20, it was an-
nounced by Betty Silver-
man, chairman of the Blue
and White Box Committee.
Carmi Slomovitz is
president of the Metropoli-
tan Detroit JNF Council.
There are about 4,000
Blue Boxes in homes
throughout the Detroit
area. Many organizations
are joining the Blue Box
clearance, according to Mrs.
Silverman. Members of
youth organizations will
also participate.

1979 Schedule,
Annual Reunion
Raanana Day Camp will
run six weeks from June 25
to Aug. 3 in Chelsea. It will
provide children with
supervised camp activities
combining. Jewish experi-
ences and stressing Jewish
identity. The staff is
selected according to prev-
ious camp employment ex-
perience and Jewish back-
ground.
The camp is open to chil-
dren from kindergarten
through sixth grade. Trans-
portation is provided in an
air-conditioned bus. Schol-
arships will be available.
The annual camp reu-
nion will take place 3 p.m . .
