MINT TEA
Heat the teapot. Add 4 Tetley
Tea bags ancipour a little boil-
ing water over them. Add a
handful of fresh or dried whole
mint leaves and sugar to taste
and pour in 4 cups boiling
water. Allow to steep for about
5 to 8 minutes, then skim off
any mint that has risen to the
surface. Taste a little of the tea
and add more sugar if neces-
sary. Serve in glasses.
