Jihan Sadat inaugurated
the new telephone system at
the Hadassah Hebrew Uni-
versity Medical Center in
Jerusalem. She did so via
phone, of course.
Bernice Tannenbaum,
Hadassah president, placed
the call to Egypt's First
Lady. A hospital spokesman
said Mrs: Sadat responded
favorably to an invitation to
visit Hadassah.
Adat Shalom Sisterhood
will hold a pre-donor lunch-
eon 12:30 pin. Wednesday
in the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Jack Bindes, 4351 Cham-
berlain, Birmingham.
The luncheon will feature
artist Ray Frost Fleming,
who will discuss "Art Work
and Its Ramifications in To-
day's World."
The sisterhood's annual
donor will be- held April 30
