Polish Exhibit Seeks Materials From Area Jews Religious objects, photo- graphs and artifacts dealing with the Polish - immigrant experience are being sought for the Detroit's Polish Heritage exhibited slated to open April 29 at the Detroit Historical Museum. The exhibit is coordinated by the Friends of Polish Art. According to the Jewish Community Council, the planners of the exhibit are seeking items from the Polish-Jewish community. These items include reli- gious objects and materials representing communal and fraternal organiza- tions, education and busi- ness. Items donated to the ex- hibit will be covered by in- surance provided by the museum. Items of value are placed behind glass in a locked case and are iden- tified by the lender's name.
