Ishada says he will do ev-

forget his knowledge of He-
brew. He has put too much
energy and love in studying
this language and does not
want it to be wasted. He
states that his life has been
enriched and his horizons
widened by learning the
Hebrew language and being
able to read the Bible in the
original Hebrew version.

Medical Network
Planned in North

KIRYAT SHMONA — A
new emergency medical
plan .which will link by
radio telemetry every set-
tlement in Northern Galil-
lee to a central emergency
room has been proposed by
the three major, health
agencies in Israel -- the
Ministry of Health, Kupat
Holim and Magen David
Adorn.
A person on an outlying
kibutz experiencing chest
pains, for example, would
immediately report to the
kibutz nurse, who has been
specially trained by MDA in
intensive care. The nurse
would ,call the central
emergency room after mak-
ing an initial examination
and inform the doctor of the
situation, sending the
patient's EKG by telemetry.
The doctor could then
immediately
begin
prescribing
treatment
while the MDA Mobile In-
tensive Care (MICU) ambu-
lance was speeding to the
scene. The MDA MICU am-
bulance would then trans-
port both nurse and patient
to the hospital, maintaining
telemetry and voice com-
munication between nurse
