CBS-TV to Air Inter-Faith Show

NEW YORK — CBS-TV
will begin a new religious
series, "Visions and Val-
ues," to be aired on Sundays
–beginning April 8.

The program will be an-
chored by CBS News corre-
spondent Douglas Edwards.

"Visions and Values" re-

presents a step forward in
inter-faith cooperation,
since the majority of pro-
grams will be produced by
CBS News in joint consulta-
tion with the National
Council of Churches, the
New York Board of Rabbis,
and the United States
Catholic Conference.
