holiday periods when she
addressed women's groups
on the art of cooking.
Herewith a favorite re-
cipe:


ZUCCHINI
CHOCOLATE CAKE
Melt 3 squares baking
chocolate over hot water and
cool.
Sift together 3 cups flour, 11/2
tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. bak-
ing soda and 1 tsp. salt
Beat 4 eggs until thick,
gradually adding 3 cups sugar.
Add 11/2 cups oil and the
Melted chocolate.
Blend well, add flour mix-
ture.
Stir in 3 cups peeled, grated
zucchini. Add 1 cup chocolate -
tidbits.
Pour into well greased 10"
Bundt pan. Bake at 350 de-
grees for 1 hour and 15 min-
utes. (Batter also may be
poured into two 6" Bundt
pans.)

The Woman's World
1979 fund-raising project
of the sisterhood will take
place 10 a.m. April 4 in
the synagogue.
Guest speaker will be
Dr. Alice Ginott, psy-
chologist-psychotherapist.
Dr. Ginott will speak on
"The Art of Loving Com-
munication." Continental
breakfast and luncheon will
be setyed.
