The most popular of these are the teen programs. The teenage camp is located on the campus of Kfar Silver near Ashkelon, and is a 42-day visit of youngsters age•13 and 14. The teenage tour is also for 42 days and is for youth age 15 through 17. A leadership training course is run by Masada, the ZOA Youth Move- ment, for youth (age 16 -19), who have shown leadership potential and is increasingly popular. The exclusive 44-day program whose specially screened participants face a physically de- manding stay in Israel-is organized in indepen- dent groups of 30. This year, for the first time, a 44-day leadership training institute, has been added. In addition- to the physical requirements, this group also seeks high intel- lectual standards. Both programs provide intensive tours of Israel. The fifth program, "Summer in Moshav," is 52 days in duration and is de- signed for college students.
