Stollman, chairman of the
JNF Synagogue Commit-
tee.
The annual JNF Sabbath
will be marked on Feb. 10.
All synagogues and temples
in Metropolitan Detroit and-
the state are urged to par-
ticipate and rabbis have
been asked to preach ser-
mons on that Sabbath to tell
of the achievements and
goals of JNF during its 77
years. JNF is the sole land
reclamation and reaforesta-
tion agency of Israel.
Tu b'Shevat, the 15th day
of the month, referred to as
"The New Year of Trees,"
will be celebrated on Feb.



Detroit District, Zionist
Organization of America,
will meet 7:45 p.m. Wed-
nesday in the Zionist Cul-
tural Center.
The topic for the evening
will be "Relation of Jews
With the Arabs of Gaza,
Judea, Samaria and 'With
the Lebanese." Two Israeli
films will be shown: "Living
Together" and "The Gate Is
Open."
Responding to the film
and to questions from the
audience will be Reuven
Leibovich of Israel, head of
the Jewish Community
Center Hebrew Depart-
ment, and Micha Marom,
head of Hadassah's- Young
Judea group locally.
Louis Panush is program
chairman.
