Dr. Kiveloff was a Rus-

20 years before coming to
this country 15 years ago.
He was able to leave Com-

privileges then granted to
USSR residents who
claimed Polish birth.
Since coming to this coun-
try, Dr. Kiveloff has done
extensive research on high
blood pressure.
According to Dr. Kiveloff,
the exercise is done as fol-
lows:
• Stand in a relaxed posi-
tion.
• Tense all muscles as
tightly as possible for six
seconds, breathing nor-
mally and counting out
loud.
• THREE HOURS RECORDING TIME
• Rest several seconds.
• REMOTE PAUSE CONTROL

twice more. Do it three

times a day.
Dr. Kiveloff said that it
takes from four to eight
weeks of doing the exercise
for the blood pressure to
drop significantly.
The program was ini-
tially tested on 22 persons,
15 with high blood pressure
and seven with normal
pressure.
