Eight Break Out of Israel Prison

TEL AVIV — Eight pris-
oners, including convicted
murderers and an Arab ter-
rorist, escaped from Ramla
Prison on Monday and
commandeered a taxi on the
Tel Aviv-Jerusalem high-
way.
The men reportedly hid in

a dining room and then
sawed through bars over a
ventilator shaft that led to
the prison roof. They then
made their escape to the
ground.

JERUSALEM — Since
1960 almost 4,000 students
from 86 developing coun-

Ministry of Agriculture's
Extension Service.
Studying Israel's modern
techniques and systems of
agriculture, as well as its
different forms of agricul-

been given training in such
fields as poultry husbandry,
irrigation, farm manage-
ment, community develop-
ment and rural planning,
horticulture, fisheries, fer-
tilizers, extension methods,
agricultural co-operation
and dairy cattle husbandry.
