Yiddish Actor Jacobson Dies NEW YORK — Irving Jacobson;- an actor whose abilities on the Yiddish stage were widely recog- nized, died Sunday at age 80. TEL AVIV (JTA) — David Flinker, the veteran Jewish journalist and writer, died Dec. 12 at age 81. He was a leading figure among Jewish journalists in pre-war Poland.
