Seligman. Benjamin H. Frank and William M. Wetsman have been named Campaign vice chairmen. Frank, who was pre- Campaign chairman in 1978 and -a pre-Campaign associate chairman the year before, is a member of the Jewish Welfare Federa- tion's executive committee and serves on the boards of United Jewish Charities, Jewish Home for Aged, Tamarack Hills Authority and Detroit Service Group. Wetsman, pre-Campaign associate chairman in last year's Campaign as well as in 1977 and 1976, is on the board of the Jewish Voca- tional Service and Commu- nity Workshop, of which he is former president. He also serves on the Detroit Serv- ice Group board of directors and 'on Federation's Collec- tion Review Committee. Division chairmen in- clude: Irwin L. Kahn and D. Lawrence Sherman, Mer- cantile Division; Robert H. Naftaly, Professional Serv- ice; Earl Grant and Philip S. Minkin, Industrial and Au.: toraotive; Lester S. Burton and Bernard H. In previous years Kahn worked with the Fur- niture Section. Sherman is a past chairman of the Shoes Section. Both serve on Federation's -Collection Review Committee. Naftaly, who is chairing the Professional Service Di- vision for the second year, is a former co-chairman of the Professional Division. A member of the boards of the Jewish Welfare Federation, the , Jewish Community Council and the Jewish Community Center, he is chairman of the National Agencies budget and, plan- ning division.
