r 1979 Campaign Vice Chairmen N ay The appointment of pre- Campaign vice chairmen for the 1979 Allied Jewish Campaign - Israel Emer- gency Fund has been an- nounced by General Chair- men David Handleman and Irving R. Seligman. They are Milton Barnett, Sol Cicurel, Dr. Paul C. Fein- berg, David Frank, Dr. Mil- * – n Goldrath, Thomas I. Lein_, Milford Nemer, seph Orley and Charles Snider. Barnett, who held the same office in the preceding two Campaigns, is a past chairman of the Real Estate and Building Trades Di- vikon. He has been a direc- tor of the Detroit Service Group for 10 years and also _ serves on the board of the Jewish Community Center. Cicurel, a pre-Campaign vice chairman in the 1977 and 1978 Campaigns, is a former chairman of the Mercantile Division and of its Furniture Section. He is on the boards of United He- brew Schools and the De- troit Service Group. Feinberg, a former chaitman of the Profes-, sional Division, was a pre-Campaign vice chairman last year. He is a member of the Jewish. Welfare Federation board and of its culture and education budget and planning division, and is a director of the Detroit Service Group. Frank was chairman of the Mercantile Division in 1976 and 1977 and a pre- Campaign vice chairman last year. He is a member of Federation's community services budget and plan- ning division.
