The parties recognize as applicable to each other the_ rights, privileges and obli- gations provided for the aviation agreements to which they are both party, particularly by the Conven- tion on International Civil Aviation; 1944 (the Chicago Convention) and the Inter- national Air Services Transit Agreement, 1944. 2.
