Mrs. Isenberg has lived in
the U.S. since she was 7.
Married in 1920 to Mr.
Isenberg, now deceased,
Mrs. Isenberg has led an
active life serving the com-
munity.

Hadassah, having been
president of the Michigan
chapter for three years and
a national board member.

Tuna is an excellent meat
substitute, and when made
into tunaburgers, provides
a fine main dish for a "quic-
kie" hot lunch or supper.
Serve with corn on the cob.

14 ozs. tuna, packed in water
(drained)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
5 tbsps. spaghetti sauce with
mushrooms
Y2 tsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together,
then make six patties. Fry in
lightly greased teflon pan on
both sides until golden brown.
Serve on hamburger buns with
a slice of onion, tomato and
piece of lettuce.
