Gussie Sak, seated, enjoys the festivities which took
place at a recent family picnic at .Prentis Manor —
Jewish Home for-Aged, sponsored by the facility. The
picnic was one of the home's many activities designed
to bring together residents, families, the community
and staff. Conducted by the Home's staff and a corps
of volunteers, the picnic featured food, a bazaar of the
the residents' crafts and a Dixieland band. Shown
with Mrs. Sak, are, from left: Kathrine Lockett, a
nurse's aide; , and Mr. and Mrs.. Louis Sak. More
than 300 persons were on hand for the picnic.

trees, established in Israel under the auspices of the

The Feldman Family cient home of the Mac-
Grove in Modin, Israel, an- cabees, has been estab-
lished in memory of Morris
Feldman, husband and
father and hotel owner, and
Jerome Feldman, son and
brother. Those planting the
grove include mother, Mrs.
Morris (Sadie) Feldman, the
brother, Arthur, - and the
two sisters, Mrs. Eleanor
Keys and Mrs. Marjorie
Boraks.
The senior Mr. Feldman
was the owner of the na-
tionally known Arethusa
Hotel and Mineral Bat-
hhouse in Mt. Clemens for
50 years. It was a landmark
and attracted patrons from
all over the land.

Mr. Feldman was
active in the Mt. Clemens
Jewish community. He
was president of Cong.
