ents of the late Alicia Joy
Techner, Mr. and Mrs.
David (Ilene) Techner, the
conference will focus on
"Everyday Stresses, Prob-
lems, Changes: Helping
Families Cope."
The Techners wanted to
build a playground with
gifts received following the
death of their -eight-
month-old daughter last
JanUary, but after meeting
with the director of the in-
stitute, the couple followed
his suggestion by initiating
the annual conference.
According to Techner,
the couple is interested in
"good parenting" and
they read much on the
subject. They chose the
Merrill-Palmer Institute
as the recipient of their
endowment because it
conducts studies on par-
enting.

When a good investment opportunity knocks„ the best
answer you can have is cash. We're ready to pay you cash . .
. on the spot . . . for old jewelry and gems. Were in the
position to pay higher prices than we ever have before!
Sound tempting? Give us a ring. Or better still, sell us a ring
