Siegel is the politi- cal scientist who resigned from the Carter Adminis- tration because he dis- agreed with its Middle East policy. Reese Feldman, of Tenafly, N.J., is conference chairman, and Claire Pyser, of Monsey, N.Y., conference co-chairman. Mrs. Feldman said that "the Dearborn national board conference of Women's American ORT will mark an important step forward in our organization's second half century of service to the Jewish people. In our confer _ ence sessions, we will assess ORT's worldwide program and make plans for the future developments and ex- pansion of the global ORT vocational network. We also will increase our efforts to promote quality education in the United States and to expand the dynamic new Bramson ORT Training Center re- cently established in New York." The conference will also include the 1978-79 pre- miere of fashions designed and executed by young ORT students from Israel, France and Morocco.
