ince Faisal, nephew of King
Khalid of Saudi Arabia, is
in Sherbrooke, 60 miles
north of Montreal, accom-
panied by a small delega-
tion of Saudi Arabian dig-
nitaries.
In an exclusive interview
with the Jewish Tele-
graphic Agency, Sher-
brooke's industrial commis-
sioner, Alex Baptist, dis-
closed that the prince and
his entourage of profession-
als and executives were in
Sherbrooke "to inaugurate
the Gabre Phone Products,
a plant for-sound reproduc-
tion instruments. They in-
tend to produce sound re-
production instruments for
the North American market
and duplicate the existing
plant which engineer Sad
Gabre has successfully set
up in Canterbury, Britain."
The amount of the first
investment would be an es-
timated $30 million, Bap-
tist said. Saudi Arabians
were not interested in buy-
ing real estate or hotels.

Omar Bradley, the World
War II hero who com-
manded the U.S. 1st Army

Israel for a 17-day visit as
the guest of the Defense
Ministry.
Also arriving, on a
stretcher, was Judith Ar-
non, the El Al flight atten-
dant who was seriously in-
jured in a terrorist attack on
the Israeli airline in London
last month.

TEL AVIV (JTA) — The
American company produc-
ing the soft drink Seven-Up
has refused to license dis-
tributors in Israel because
of the Arab boycott.
The firm said to do. so
would damage its business
in the Arab countries where
the soda is widely sold.
But Israelis who prefer
the "Un-Cola" need not do
without it. A 7-Up bottling
plant has been operating in
the Gaza Strip • since the
Egyptian occupation before
the Six-Day War.
The distributors of com-
peting brands have applied
to Dan Halperin, Deputy
Director General of the
Treasury, for government
action to ban -the sale of
7-Up . from Gaza in Israel.
They say the Gaza firm is
attempting to make money
through the back door and
that it does notpay taxes to
the Israeli Treasury.
New 1L5 Coin
JERUSALEM ( ZINS) —
A new IL5 coin is to be in-
troduced in Israel, the first
new coin since the IL1 and
50 agorot coins were put
into circulation in 1963.
In those 15 years, the con-
sumer price index has risen
by 'some 900 percebt. This
means that the new coin
will be able to buy about
half of what could be bought
with the IL1 coin when it
was introduced in 1963.
