trees in Israel, through the
Jewish National Fund, in
memory of their parents,
Moses and Leah Ostrow and
their sister, Goldie and her
family.
Their father was killed by
Petlura bandits in the pog-
roms in the Ukraine in
1919, in the aftermath of

ADL Datebooks
The Flint Jewish Com-
munity Council is distribut-
ing datebooks published by
the Anti-Defamation
League of Bnai Brith.
The datebooks contain a
list of holidays from Sep-
tember 1978 through
August 1980 and a listing of
holidays of various religious
groups. Jewish holidays and
the Sabbath are described.
The publication also lists
filmstrips, audio-visual-
materials, slide pre-
sentations and publications
available from the ADL.
