The many recipes were tested by Ruth Greenwold, a lecturer in gourmet cooking at UCLA. Rabbi Cutler wrote an appended essay in this vol- ume on kashrut. Contributing recipes to this volume were many noted actors, writers, politi- cians, motion picture and TV stars and sports figures. Such names as Art Buchwald, Milton Berle, Sen.
