MAIL DEPT . . . "Re- FIELD and 12 1/2 Mile is
garding our conversation
about the 'egg-citing' obser-
vation I made while await-
ing eggs at the Waffle
House in Southfield: People
need to have their eggs pre-
pared 'eggs-actly' to their
liking or else they are really
unable to eat them.
If one likes eggs done firm
and they arrive easy, or if
they prefer eggs done easy
and they come well-done —
they simply will not do.
"Eggs must be as the per-
son likes them or they are
unpalatable to that person.
It's much easier to com-
promise with any other food
'egg-cept' eggs. The cook at
the Waffle House was hav-
ing some difficulty with her
pans that evening . . . But
they were so-o-o very ac-
commodating and finally
got them perfect!"
