NEW YORK (JTA) —
The Jewish Daily Forward
announced that as of Mon-
day it will publish five days
a week instead of six be-
cause of economic reasons.
The Yiddish-language
newspaper, which now pub-
lishes Sunday through Fri-
day, will drop its Monday
edition.
