Fisher chartered a yacht and took the family on a cruise to 16 Greek islands. Mr. and Mrs. Harry (Florence) Switow of Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Fisher's parents, joined the family. Developer A. Alfred Taubman joined the Fishers for part of the cruise. Taub- man and Fisher are among the partners in Taubman- Allen-Irvine, Inc. the com- pany which paid $337.4 million for some 70,000 acres of undeveloped land in Southern California. Ten- nants say that Head does not allow them to sit on their porches, but forces -them to sit in the back of the buildings. Tenants of Oak Park Gardens apartments on James near Greenfield, north of the Green-8 shop- ping center, say that Head is abusive, has threatened and beaten other tenants for not following his rules.
