Hertz to Teach U-D Course A three-credit, two- semester course "intellec- tual and Social History of the Jews and Judaism" will be offered by the University of Detroit, during the 1978-79 academic year. The course, endowed by the Jewish Chautauqua Society, will be taught by Rabbi Richard Hertz, senior rabbi of Temple Beth El.
