Seat District Judge Mildred A. Vlaich of Rochester is a candidate for election to the Oakland County Circuit Court bench. She was elected to the 52nd-3rd Dis- trict Court in 1974. Judge Vlaich began her public career in 1948 as an assistant prosecutor. She served as a member of the County Board of Super- visors and was a practicing trial attorney for more than 20 years. She formerly was a director with the Child Guidance Clinic, mediator for Circuit Court, and arbit- rator for Michigan State Bar Grievance Committee.
