Tired of the same old
chocolate chip cookies (or
the high price of chocolate
chips)? Then how about try-
ing these different cookies
for a change of pace.

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
V2 cup solid vegetable shorten-
ing
V. cup oll
3 cups flour
2 taps. baking powder
pinch of salt
Y. cup poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients together
In order given in large mixing
bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
Cut with juice glass and bake
at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
