Keidan has pre- pared a 24-page booklet which sets forth the rights people have under the law. "The booklet was writ- ten," states Keidan in the introduction, "to explain some of the most frequently encountered civil law prob- lems and how to deal with them." In preparing the work, Keidan avoided legalistic jargon. Some of the legal is- sues discussed are: buying and selling a home, divorce, personal injury, home sol- icitation sales and wills. Two sections of the booklet, "Everyday Fam- ily Law Problems: A Layman's Survival Guide," are devoted to the problems of choosing and hiring an attorney, because, says Keidan, "people need to know when they should handle matters themselves and how and when they McDonald House V.I.P. Stolz's Songs Star-Lined Robert Stolz, the eminent Viennese musician who died five years ago in his 90s, left a rich legacy. His compositions are judged as imperishable. His songs are considered musts in reper- toires in the music halls of Europe. His family's pride in his works helps to perpetuate his creative musical achievements. As part of the Stolz tradition, Einzi Stolz now presents "Stars Singen Robert Stolz." Like the earlier Stolz re- cordings, this one recorded in Vienna and marketed for Friday, July 28, 1978 31 worldwide distribution, is filled with fascinations. The more than 20 Stolz songs are sung by a number of the best known Viennese concert singers. The best of Stolz is offered in this record- ing. The Stolz love songs, the charm of the Viennese tunes, the humor and the temptation to dance are re- gistered in "Stars Singen Robert Stolz."
