to UJA Young Leader Post
Stanley D. Frankel has
been appointed 1978-79
chairman-designate of the
United Jewish Appeal's Na-
tional Young Leadership
Cabinet. Frankel will be-
come chairman in 1980 by
virtue of this appointment.
Frankel has actively par-
ticipated in the YLC since
1975. He was its 1977-78 as-
sociate chairman for special
projects and was particu-
larly instrumental in or-
ganizing this year's highly
successful Young Leader-
ship Conference in
Washington, D.C., Feb.
26-28.
On the local level,
Frankel is the associate
chairman of the Culture
and Education Division
of the Jewish Welfare
Federation and a
member of Federation's
Capital Needs Commit-
tee. In addition to other
local positions, he is a
member of the board of
the United Hebrew
Schools.
