Rabbi Dannel I. Schwartz of the temple asked Ami Spektor of El Al Israel Air- lines about the flag several months ago. The flag flew at the Maalot school in May 1974 when terrorists attacked the school. Spektor, El Al district manager, spoke to the secretary of the moshav, Benny Stern, about the Beth El children's in- terest in the flag, The flag was sent to Spek- tor who presented it to the children June 9. He has spent several months in Israel with tele- . vision film crews: in 1971 he made a series of TV news features for Westinghouse Broadcasting, and again last year under the auspices of the Israeli Foreign Minis- try he made three television programs on Israel for broadcast on his own, nationally-syndicated tele- vision series.
