Cooper Seeks Re-Election

State Sen. Daniel Cooper,
(D-Oak Park), announced
that he will seek re-election
to another four-year term
representing the 15th
Senatorial District in Oak-
land County. Cooper is as
Majority Floor Leader of the
Michigan Senate and
chairman of the Senate
Commerce Committee.
Cooper was first elected to
the State House of Rep-
resentatives in 1964 and
re-elected in 1966 and 1968.
He was elected to the State
SEN. DANIEL COOPER
Senate in 1970 and
re-elected in 1974.
Cooper holds BA and JD the U.S. Army where he at-
degrees from Wayne State tained the rank of lieuten-

Israeli to Teach
U-M Courses

Dr. Amiram Vinokur,
senior lecturer in the de-
partment of sociology at Tel
Aviv University, will teach
two psychology courses for
the University of Michigan
Extension Service. The
classes will meet Mondays
and Wednesdays for six
weeks in the Rackham
Memorial Building begin-
ning July 5.
The courses are "Intro-
duction to Group
Dynamics" (Psych. 455-484)
and "Special Problems in
Psychology: Social Interac-
tion and the Influence Pro-
cesses" (Psych. 455-502).
