Bumper Sticker in Israel OKd JERUSALEM (JTA) — Attorney General Aharon Barak has ruled that an employe of the Foreign Ministry was within her rights in placing a Peace Now sticker on her car. In a letter to Foreign Minister Moshe Dayan, Barak noted that while ministry rules forbade employes from criticizing government policy in "a press interview, public speech, broadcast, news- paper or book" there was no- thing in the regulations that banned bumper stic- kers with a political mes- sage. Bravo!!! Jaffe's extensive ac- ceptance speech was an emphasis on freedom as the chief objective in guaranteeing human rights. He gave a philosophic view of life affected by the condi- tions rampant in the world and took occasion to refer affectionately to family and devotedly to fellow workers in the causes to which he has dedicated himself.
