Nathaniel Rubin

Nathaniel H. Rubin, a re-
tired attorney for the claims
department of the Veterans
Administration, died May
17 at age 66.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y.,
Mr. Rubin was a member of
the American Checker
Association, the Detroit
Philosophical Club, Louis
Marshall Lodge of Bnai
Brith, and was the founder
of the Criterion Club.
He is survived by a niece
and three nephews.

Memorial Rites

Reform rabbis and can-
tors will join for the annual
memorial service at Beth El
Memorial Park 11 a.m.
Monday. Rabbi M. Robert
Syme of Temple Israel will
speak on "Sharing Our Sor-
rows."

Cousins Die in Boat Mishap

Yale Silverman, 26, and
Cole Jay Rosin, 31, two
cousins, were killed in a
boating accident on the
Batchewana River, On-
tario, on May 13.
Mr. Silverman was a 1974
graduate of the University
of Michigan. He resided at
30917 Tamarack, Wixom.
Mr. Rosin was the owner
of the Dearborn Real Estate
Co. and was a member of the
Dearborn and Michigan
Boards of Realtors. Mr.
Rosin was a 1969 graduate
of the University of Michi-
gan. He resided at 25325
Greenbrooke, Southfield.
Mr. Silverman is sur-
vived by his parents,
Herbert S. Silverman of
Oak Park and Mr. and
Mrs. Maurice (Maureen)

Rosin of Ann Arbor; four
brothers, Dr. Harold of
Toronto, George C. of
Ann Arbor, David and
Scott, both of Oak Park; a

Mr. Rosin is survived by
