Sharon Alterman of Hun-
tington Woods was elected
president of the Association
for the Jewish Retarded at a
recent board meeting.
Mrs. Alterman, who has
done graduate studies at the
University of Michigan's
Institute for the Study of
Mental Retardation, was
coordinator of services for
