The booklet calls for a strong campaign to resist flight from Jewish neighborhoods, and it states: "Moving out of an es- tablished Jewish neighborhood is not a question pertaining to an individual. The few ad- vantages that might re- sult from such a move, would benefit the indi- vidual, but the damage and the injuries caused by the flight are damages to the majority and to the community, damages not only to one city but to all cities where news of the neighborhood exodus might reach. "In addition to the Torah-law prohibition of such a move there is no practical reason for flight.
