Rogoff will celebrate two anniver- saries in June: 51 years in medicine and 51 years on the staff of Providence Hos- pital. Born in Russia, Dr. Rogoff came to the United States in 1916 and later worked for the Packard automobile firm and studied in night classes at Northern High School. He worked full-time daily and attended night school four times a week. In 1921 he had received his high school diploma. He be- came a naturalized citizen in 1925.
