German PLO Training NEW YORK — Israeli troops in Lebanon captured three maps of an area in East Germany. The maps, with a PLO leader's name in Russian and Arabic mark- ings, show how to attack a village, lay mines and plan escape routes. According to Newsweek magazine, U.S. sources re- main skeptical, but the Is- raelis are convinced the PLO is being trained in Germany by Russian ad- visors. The Israelis also repor- tedly captured two new Soviet weapons: a 76 mm anti-tank gun and a new, synottlt-boreresiailtss rifle. sc — $301.
