Bnai Brith Hillel Found-
ation on the Wayne State
University campus is seek-
ing volunteers to prepare
mailing packets for the stu-
dents' United Jewish Ap-
peal campaign to begin
Sunday.
An organizational meet-
ing will take place 7:30 p.m.
Sunday in the home of
Larry Kritzer, 23080 Scotia,
Oak Park.

A showcase with the
theme, "We Are One,"
will be displayed in
WSU's Student Center
Building Monday
through April 7 as one of
the kick-bff events of the
campaign. The showcase
will feature information
on the scope of UJA and
its agencies, both locally
and abroad.
Max's Cigar, Hillel's
kosher lunch program, will
resume regular operation
Monday. The kosher lunch
program, supervised by the
Council of Orthodox Rabbis,
is the only kosher facility on
the WSU campus. Hours are
11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Monday-Thursday and 11
a.m.-1 p.m. Friday.
The program includes hot
entrees, soup, sandwiches
salads and desserts. The
Hillel kitchen will continue
to operate during Passover.

Students who are interested
in Passover lunches are
asked to reserve now so that
the kitchen can adequately
meet the demand. The
kitchen also is open to the
general public.
