Ports of Call

The Cruise Complete presents the Program Perfect! From
Piraeus, Danae's home port, we'll' sightsee Athens, The
Acropolis and the Parthenon, have time for bon voyage
celebrations in the fun-loving Plaice. In Israel, Danae will
spend two days in Haifa, one in Ashdod, days of exciting
30th Anniversary celebrations, visits with friends, sightse-
eing and cultural activities, including a glittering concert at
the Western Wall by the Israel Philharmonic conducted by
Zubin Mehta. Calls in Heraklion, Istanbul and Constants
offer fascinating adventures: tracing the famous labyrinth at
Knossos, exploring Byzantine basilicas, mosques, minarets
and the world's grandest bazaar, discovering antiquities on
the sunny shores of the Black Sea. Homeward bound, we'll
call at the luxury resort of Porto Carras (under construction)
and Salonika, centuries-old center of northern Greek civili-
zation.
