AN OPEN LETTER

TO

THE RESIDENTS OF OAK PARK

FROM

JOSEPH TANNENHAUS

MANAGER OF CHAMBERLAIN'S - OAK PARK OFFICE

WHO ARE WE?
More than 90 percent of our salespeople live in Oak Park
now and have lived here for a combined total of 251 years.
Our children have graduated from or are presently attending
the various Oak Park schools. We are first and foremost
residents and home owners of Oak Park. We have occupied
the same real estate office for 18 years, located, as you
know, on Coolidge just South of Ten Mile.

THEREFORE
Because we are an integral part of Oak Park, and have the
same interests as all residents, we will continue to support
our Mayor and City Council in their efforts to maintain and
constantly improve our city. We commend the work done by
our neighborhood associations, such as The Palmer Woods
Manor and The South Central Oak Park Association (SCOPA).

FURTHERMORE
We welcome the opportunity to counsel with any buyer or
seller. We want to show how strong the Oak ,Park market is
and the opportunities it offers the family and home owner.

.

Sincerely,

044;4._

Joseph Tannenhaus
