A delicious, home-made
frozen dessert always
makes a big hit with guests,
winter or summer. This is
one of my favorites.
1 graham cracker crust (for
9-Inch pan)
1 cup dessert whip
4 egg yolks
Y2 cup white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 taps. Instant coffee (not
freeze dried)
V. cup chopped pecans
4 egg whites
chocolate sprinkles
Whip dessert whip. Add egg
yolks. Mix well. Add corn
syrup, vanilla, coffee and
chopped pecans. Beat until
well mixed.
In another bowl, beat whites
stiff. Fold egg whites into de-
ssert whip mixture. Spread in
pie shell, swirling top. Deco-
rate with chocolate sprinkles.
Freeze overnight. (Do not keep
more than two weeks.) Re-
move from freezer 15 minutes
before serving. Serves eight.

Among the topics discus-
sed at the meeting were the
current situation in the
Middle East, the acceler-
ated pace of resettlement of
Soviet Jews in U.S. com-
munities and the status of
campaigns.
