A total of 13 pre-screened retired executives were oriented to Jewish agencies at a 13-week course under Prof. Gerald Bubis at the Hebrew Union College school of Jewish communal studies. The 13 participants spent one eight-hour day together each week, attending class and visiting federation- affiliated agencies.
