Eastern Michigan University Jewish Awareness Week Due

Jewish Awareness Week
will be observed- on the
campus of Eastern Michi-
gan University Saturday
through March 11. Spon-
sored jointly by the Jewish
Students Alliance, the Of-
fice of Campus Life, Student
Government and the
Washtenaw Jewish Com-
munity Council, its purpose
is to discuss and inform the
community on the issues
concerning Jews around the
world.
Heading offthe week's ac-
tivities is folk singer Ron
Coden in a free concert 8
p.m. Saturday in Roosevelt
Auditorium. Coden will per-
form folk songs from several
different lands and cul-
tures.
There will be a Protes-
tant, \Catholic and Jewish
dialogue 8 p.m. Monday in
