were a successful innova-
tion in this year's Cam-
paign," said Phillip
Stollman, who, with Philip
T. Warren, is general
chairman of the AJC-IEF.
"They were designed to be
intimate gatherings for
small groups of community
and Campaign leaders, to
give them a first-hand look
at the problems currently
confronting Israel.
"I am pleased to announce
that as of today the Cam-
paign has raised more than
$1.1 million above the
amount given by the same
contributors last year."

meeting will be B.Z. Sobel,
dean of the Faculty of Social
Sciences at Haifa Univer-
sity.
