Showtime is 8 p.m. today and Sunday and 9 p.m. on Saturday .. . The theater is located in the Southfield Parks and Re- creation Building at 10 1/2 Mile and Evergreen. Auditions for "Diary of Anne_ Frank'lwilL be held 7:30 p.m. Feb. 20-21, at Mary Thompson Junior High. THAT "SPACE FOR RENT" sign in front of Wing Hong's of Far- mington, 14 Mile and Or- chard Lake Rd., doesn't mean a thing. Projection date for Wing's Japanese Steak House, which will take up all the space, is hoped for first week in April .. . Plans are for 16 teppan cooking tables, with 10 seats, a lounge, huge swimming pool-size pond . . . and com- bined seating for about 220 people. Wing's Chinese restaur- ant on 14 Mile has been open three years, seating 280 ... and boasts one of the finest managers around in the personable Dean Lee, who explained its weight watching method of such food ordered being washed out with chicken broth .. .
