ST. LOUIS, MO.—The
Yeshiva High School of St.
Louis, an all-day school of-
fering both general and
Judaic studies, will open in
September 1978, it was an-
nounced by the newly ap-
pointed principal, Rabbi
Daniel A. Rhein.
Rabbi Rhein,is a graduate
of Yeshiva University with
a master's degree in secon-
dary Jewish education. For
the past four years he was a
teacher and the director of
student activities at the
Yeshiva University High
School for Boys in New York
City.
The Yeshiva High School
of St. Louis Will have classes
fox both boys and girls in
grades nine-12. Interviews
of prospective students have
already begun. There will
be two tracks — one for
those who have only mini-
mal Hebraic background,
and one for those with in-
tensive training. Housing .
will be available for those
students who live outside
the St. Louis area.

to Celebrate 60th
NEW YORK — Some
1,800 women leaders of
Conservative Judaism in
the United States and
•Canada will assemble on
, June 18 in special all-day
ceremonies in New York,
LoS Angeles, Chicago and
Miami to mark the 60th an-
niversary of the founding of
the Women's League for
Conservative Judaism.

tional president tell of the
growth of the group, its ac-
complishments in the
strengthening of Judaism
in this country, and recite a
seven-point pledge as the
organization enters its
seventh decade.

psychiatrist Dr. John Sa-
dler, Jr., of the National
Jewish Hospital and Re-
search Center in Denver,
has beeh awarded a grant of
'$15,400 by the Jean Kohn -
Neufeld Foundation. of De- a
nver.
Jean Kohn Neufeld was a
member of a pioneer Col-
orado family. She died in
1976, and left provisions for
contributions to a number of
charitable institutions.
