of the chairman of the Aust-
rian Israel Bond Organiza-
tion following his statement
attacking Israel at a recent
Bond function.
Karl Kahane told the au-
dience, which included Is-
rael Finance Minister
Simha Ehrlich, -that Israel
was "conquering the Pales-
tinian people through ex-
pansion."
