approval agency, will be
guest speaker at the
Mikveh Israel-Women's
Orthodox League annual
dinner 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12 at
the Sheraton-Southfield
Hotel.
Rabbi Levy studied at the
Lubavitcher Yeshiva in
Otwock, Poland prior to
World War II and returned
to the United States after
the outbreak of the war to
study in Yeshiva Torah
Vodaath. He also studied at
the Lubavitcher Yeshiva in
Brooklyn, where he re-
ceived his smicha. He
founded the Yeshiva Day
School in New Haven and
served for several years as
its first principal.
